About Us
James Higgins founded the Firm in 1998.
After retiring from a partnership in Mallesons' Sydney office, James opened his own private practice soon thereafter.
James’ daughter, Sasha Bennetts, remains Principal of the Firm today. Sasha has guided the Firm's continued growth, with over twenty years of expertise knowledge and experience in succession law and property law.
James Higgins & Co is led by the same values of integrity, trust and confidence instilled by its founder over two generations ago.
